Recent events which Frank has catered include the launch of
the Breast Check
at which Minister for Health Mary Harney attended, and
several senior
citizens functions throughout County Galway.
For those seeking a more intimate dining experience, Frank
offers a personal
chef service whereby he comes and cooks in a person's home,
working from
either his own or his client's menus. He also provides a
separate service
where he part-cooks a meal and then the client presents the
food to family
or friends as their own creation.
The Belclare native is a graduate of GMIT where he studied
professional
cookery. He also studied in La Rochelle in France and has
worked in Belgium
throughout the course of his career. Frank's CV is
impressive with stints as head chef in the popular Galway
restaurant KC Blakes and closer to home in the Brogue and
Ryan's cafe, both in Tuam. He also provides a consultancy
service to several top restaurants throughout the city and
county.
Frank offers a variety of food from Thai curries to
vegetarian dishes as
well as an impressive array of home-made desserts. He
provides a range of sample menus but is more than happy to
work with individual tastes and suggestions of his clients.
He also provides wine and a full catering service of cutlery
and tableware, as well as a waitressing service if needed.
